About Me
Hi đź‘‹, I'm Sachin Chhabra, a Machine Learning Scientist at Wayfair with a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Arizona State University.
My Ph.D. research focused on computer vision and label-efficient training of neural networks, including methods such as domain adaptation, semi-supervised learning, and self-supervised learning. This work has resulted in multiple first-author publications at venues such as BMVC, WACV, as well as patents.
For the past year, I've been working at Wayfair, where I design and deploy scalable ML frameworks for large-scale recommendation systems and sales forecasting that support millions of users. During my internships, I also worked on projects involving graph neural networks, object detection, and image segmentation.
Outside of work and research, I enjoy building open-source machine learning projects—such as LLMs, Vision Transformers, and I contribute as a regular reviewer for conferences like CVPR, NeurIPS, ICLR, and ICML.
